The Squad is Rascals own digital loyalty programme in which you collect points for every purchase you make. The more points you collect, the more benefits you will receive. You can unlock special offers, rewards and so much more. You will also be able to access all of your digital receipts from purchases in your membership account. It is free to join but you must be over 18 years old or have consent from your parents or legal guardian. 

You can collect points through a variety of ways. Every online purchase you make will be rewarded with points. You can also earn points from signing up to our mailing list, following us on social media and inviting your friends to become members. Your points will be displayed within your membership account which can take up to 14 days to display..

It is so easy to find track your points and rewards, simply view these in your Account page. Please note, one you have redeemed a discount or reward that it cannot be returned or reused. If you return an item, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your points balance. 

From when you have joined the Squad, your points are valid for up to 12 months. The start date can be found in your account page. At the end of each membership year, your points will be reset and a new membership year starts.
