Returns and refunds

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. A fully completed returns form with a reason for the return is also required to process any refund.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing elements not due to our error, cannot be refunded unless it is faulty. 

If your purchase comes with a free gift/item as part of any web promotion, then this needs to be returned with your purchased items to be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 28 days.

If you haven’t received a refund after 28 days, please check your account and check with your bank or credit card company to ensure your refund is not being held by them.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any free gift/item received via website promotion is not returned with purchased items.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (14 days for sale items).

Regrettably, any item that is returned and falls out of the above terms and conditions or if items are sent. you will be required to arrange collection or the cost of returning the goods to you will be deducted from any refunds.
