Please note: Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays. Delivery aims are for the purpose of the metro areas in each region. Shipments to rural areas may experience increased delivery times.

• Turn inside out: Before washing, turn the garment inside out to protect the raised texture from friction with other fabrics.
• Gentle cycle: Use a gentle or delicate wash cycle to minimize stress on the fabric and puff print.
• Cold water: Wash in cold water to prevent damage to the puff print.
• Avoid bleach and fabric softeners: Steer clear of bleach and fabric softeners, as they can damage the puff print.
• Drying: Lay the garment flat to air dry, as heat from a dryer can damage the puff print.
• Ironing: Do not iron the puff-printed area, as heat can damage the raised texture.

We really hope you’re happy with your Rascal pieces, but we understand that sometimes you change your mind or need different sizes. If this is the case and the items are unworn with labels, we’ll be happy to take them back within 30 days of you receiving your order.

RETURNS
We’ve implemented a returns system that aims to make the process as seamless as possible for you. Just visit the Rascal Returns Portal and follow the steps below to get started:

UK Customers Only

• Visit the Rascal Returns Portal.
• Enter your email address and order number.
• Follow the steps and select whether you would like to return or exchange your selected products.
• Once you’ve completed this, you’ll then be given the address that the items need to be sent back to.
• You can then either print out the address and stick it onto the package or write this directly onto the parcel. 
• Place the items you are returning or exchanging into the packaging and seal them up so they’re nice and secure.
• Take your parcel to the nearest Post Office or drop off point so the items can be sent back to us. 
• Once this has been received and your items have passed our inspection process, we’ll process your refund and or exchange, at which point you’ll receive an email update from us.

Once we’ve received your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days to be processed. Please note processing times could be longer during holiday periods.

Please be aware that any unregistered  items in your return will not be processed.

EXCHANGES
You can exchange any items from your order for either the same or different item. This is subject to availability. You can process your return through the Rascal Returns Portal. If the item/s you exchange for are lower than the item/s you originally purchased, you can choose to have the difference refunded or receive this as store credit. If the item/s you exchange for are a higher price than the original, you will be asked to pay the difference.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT
Online Store credit is the best option if you’d like to order another product in exchange right away without having to wait for your refund. To do this, just select the Store Credit option when registering your return online. Once we’ve received and processed your return, you will instantly receive an email with your Online Store Credit Code and be able to use it on the Rascal website. Please be aware Online Store Credit can only be used on our website.

REFUNDS
If you choose a refund, all successfully processed items will be issued back to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges won’t be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Store credit is the quicker option if you’d like to exchange an item without waiting for a refund.

PRODUCT CONDITION
Please be aware that we cannot process returned clothing that has been worn. Please ensure that all product tags remain attached and in-tact, and that the items are in an unworn resellable condition. It will be at our discretion as to whether the item is in a resellable condition.
